Special Scheduling Requests:

   
1.
I understand that by registering I am obligated to pay the $175 fee whether my ensemble participates or not. This includes inclement weather.
2.
I understand that the schedule of events will be emailed to me by the host and also be made available on the website.
3.
I understand that no personal checks are accepted. Payment must be made by the school, district, or band booster check, money order or purchase order.
4.
I understand that as a professional music educator I am expected to abide by all federal copyright laws.
5.
I understand that if I am not a member of ABODA I must pay the additional 50.00 registration fee bringing the total of my ensemble registration to 225.00.
6.
I understand that preferred sites and preferred times are filled on a first come first serve basis.
7.
I understand that I will not be able to pick up the tabulation packet and plaque unless all registration fees are paid in advance for the event.
8.
I understand that I am to provide four numbered scores for judge’s use. All scores must be originals. No photocopies of scores will be allowed.
