Each student participating in the All-State Band or Clinic Band must be chaperoned by a music teacher or an official delegate of the principal of the students school who has been specifically assigned to such a duty. Failure to comply with this provision will lead to the disqualification of said student(s). The official delegate of the principal is to have in his possession, a letter from the principal stating their capacity. Teachers may be involved with the AMEA In-Service Conference, with the hosts knowledge.
I understand that no personal checks are accepted. Payment must be made by the school, district, or band booster check, money order or purchase order.
