I understand that a registration
submitted after the deadline will be
assessed an additional late fee of
$200.00. Late registrations
will only be accepted if there is space
in the schedule for the ensemble. |

I understand that by registering I am
obligated to pay the $225 fee whether my
ensemble participates or not. This
includes inclement weather. |

3. |
I understand that the schedule of events
will be emailed to me by the host and
also be made available on the website. |

4. |
I understand that no personal checks are
accepted. Payment must be made by the
school, district, or band booster check,
money order or purchase order. |

5. |
I understand that as a professional
music educator I am expected to abide by
all federal copyright laws. |
|
6. |
I understand that if I am not a member
of ABODA I must pay the additional $100.00
registration fee (per ensemble) bringing the total of
my ensemble registration to $325.00. |

7. |
I understand that
preferred times are filled on a first
come first serve basis. |
|
8. |
I understand that I will not be able to
pick up the tabulation packet and plaque
unless all registration fees are paid in
advance for the event. |

9. |
I understand that I am to provide three
numbered scores for judge's use. All
scores must be originals. No
photocopies of scores will be allowed. |
